David Rader, an advisor to The CET Sandbox who serves as a Senior Advisor to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, has provided to Israeli founders a breakdown of key U.S. defense spending in “The One Big Beautiful Bill,” which was signed into law and includes $150 billion in additional defense spending.
