We are honored to bring to Israel Linda Lourie, a well-known U.S. expert on DOD acquisition, dual-use technologies, and Critical and Emerging Technologies. Linda was most recently Assistant Director for Research and Technology Security in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she literally wrote the book on Critical and Emerging Technologies.

Previously Associate General Counsel (Acquisitions and Logistics) in the U.S. Department of Defense, Linda has also served as General Counsel of the DOD’s Defense Innovation Unit, and was an advisor to the DOD’s Office of Strategic Capital.
